Shipping 

We offer same day dispatch on all orders placed before 2.30pm, Monday to Friday. Options for shipping include Tracked 24 hours, Tracked 48 hours, and Local Pick-Up.

For items not currently in stock, we will be in touch to contact their dispatch times. 

Returns

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately a refund cannot be offered.

To be eligible for a return the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as it was received, and in its original packaging.

Refunds 

On receipt of the returned item(s), you will receive an email to notify you of this and that the return is being processed. Following inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed.
